Shipping Policy

Our goal at pawsTHRIVE is to process orders quickly. We will keep you updated on your custom orders status stages: preparing, packaging, shipping and when your order is delivered. All orders need minimum 10 day lead to prepare and get to your four-legged baby. All prepared orders will ship on Monday local and commercial. Commercial shipments should arrive, using 2 day shipping by Wednesday. A tracking number will be supplied to you when the order is shipped.
